The Solar Energy System Program at WOB College is a 12-week comprehensive course designed to prepare students for employment in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the electrical and renewable energy industries.
This program provides a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on training, focusing on the design, installation, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Students will learn to safely and efficiently work with solar equipment, electrical components, and energy storage systems used in residential and commercial settings.
Graduates of this program will be ready to enter the workforce immediately and begin accumulating apprenticeship hours toward an Electrical Trade Certification.
